Two workbooks for founders

We have added a Resources section to valaris.is. It contains two workbooks we find useful for founders at the early stages.

The first is the Road Test, a seven-stage framework based on John Mullins' work for stress-testing a new venture before committing. The second is the Plan B workbook, based on the book by Mullins and Komisar, for founders who are already building and want to examine whether the current plan is the right one.

Both are free to download. No sign-up required. You can find them at valaris.is/resources.
