If yes, we send our questions. A workbook to help you and us think clearly about the opportunity, the market, the industry, and your aspirations. Take your time. This is not a five-minute survey.
If we like the answers, we meet. A conversation, not a presentation.
We do our due diligence and send a term sheet. It can be for equity, a convertible note, or a SAFE.
Final due diligence and signing. Usually two to four weeks.
